Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your package. To qualify for return or refund, your request must be submitted to customer support within this 30-day period. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Products can be returned only if they meet all the following standards:
  1. Items are unused, unwashed, unmodified and in original new condition;
  2. All original packaging, tags, accessories and manuals are intact and included;
  3. Goods are not categorized as non-returnable items listed below.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
  • Personal care, beauty, skincare, cosmetic products;
  • Underwear, intimate apparel, disposable items;
  • Custom personalized engraved or printed goods;
  • Clearance final sale items clearly marked “Final Sale No Return”.

4. Valid Reasons for Return & Responsibility of Shipping Cost

  1. Our error (defective item, wrong size, wrong product, damaged in transit):

    We cover all return shipping fees and reshipment costs. We will provide a prepaid return label upon your request. You may choose a full refund or free replacement.
  2. Customer voluntary return (changed mind, unsuitable style/size):

    Customer bears all outbound and return shipping costs. Original delivery charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. A full product value refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods.

5. Return Operation Steps

  1. Contact customer support via site email or contact form with your order number and photos of the item;
  2. Wait for official return approval and receive authorized return address;
  3. Package the item securely and send it back with tracking number provided to support;
  4. Warehouse inspection takes 3–5 business days after receiving the package; approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

6. Damaged & Defective Goods

If your product arrives broken, damaged or factory defective, please email us clear photos/videos of the item and outer package within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange free replacement or full refund without requiring you to return damaged goods at our discretion.

7. Refund Exceptions

  • Shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable unless the error is caused by our warehouse;
  • Packages lost by local courier after successful delivery tracking confirmation are not eligible for full refund;
  • Items returned without prior support approval will be refused and cannot be processed for refund.

8. Exchange Service

If you need to exchange for a different size or color, submit an exchange request within the 30-day return window. Exchange shipping fees follow the same cost-sharing rules as returns above.
