1. General Agreement

By accessing and placing orders on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes posted publicly on our site. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country to place orders. All information you submit during checkout (name, address, payment details) must be true, accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing false or invalid customer information.

3. Product & Pricing Information

  1. All product descriptions, images, sizes, specifications and prices displayed on the site are accurate to the best of our ability. Minor color differences may exist due to screen display settings, which do not count as defective goods.
  2. All displayed prices include base product cost; shipping fees, duties and taxes are calculated separately at checkout before payment confirmation. No hidden surcharges will be added after checkout.
  3. Promotions, discounts and flash sales are valid only within the stated time period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly marked. We reserve the right to correct misprinted pricing errors without obligation to fulfill orders made under incorrect pricing.

4. Payment Terms

We support secure third-party payment gateways. All payments are processed through official encrypted channels. We do not request off-site payments, bank transfers or cash transactions outside the website checkout page. Your payment authorization confirms you have full authority to use the selected payment method.

5. Account & User Conduct

Users shall not:
  • Use the website for fraudulent orders, fake account creation or malicious bulk orders;
  • Copy, steal our product images, text, design or brand assets without written permission;
  • Deploy bots, scrapers or automated tools to disrupt website operation or mass upload false information;
  • Post abusive, misleading or infringing reviews and comments.

6. Order Cancellation by Merchant

We may cancel orders without prior refund penalty in the following scenarios:
  • Out-of-stock items that cannot be restocked within the promised shipping window;
  • Incorrect customer shipping address that cannot be delivered;
  • Suspected fraudulent payment or high-risk transaction flagged by payment providers;
  • Violation of these Terms of Service by the customer.

    All cancelled orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

7. Liability Limitation

We are only liable for the value of the ordered product. We shall not be responsible for indirect losses including missed work, travel expenses or lost revenue caused by delayed delivery, unless local consumer laws require otherwise. Our liability cap equals the total amount you paid for your order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the consumer protection laws of the country/region your order is shipped to. Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first; unresolved disputes may be submitted to local consumer mediation authorities.
