Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays. We do not ship on holidays. Pre-order items will display a separate processing timeline on each product page.

2. Delivery Timeframes by Region

Standard shipping delivery estimates (after processing):
  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 8–18 business days
  • European Union Countries: 10–22 business days

    Delivery times are estimated and not fully guaranteed due to customs clearance, local courier delays or extreme weather events.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions and delivery destination. Free shipping promotions will be clearly labeled on the homepage or product page with valid minimum order value requirements (if applicable). No undisclosed shipping fees will be charged post-purchase.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local sales taxes imposed by their country upon package arrival. We do not cover customs clearance charges. All packages will be declared with accurate product value as required by international shipping regulations.

5. Tracking Packages

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You may track real-time logistics status via the tracking link provided. If tracking shows no updates for over 7 days, contact our customer support for assistance.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Packages marked undeliverable, abandoned or refused by the recipient will be returned to our warehouse. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and re-delivery fees if a reshipment is requested. If you choose to cancel the order after the package is returned, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, military restricted zones or sanctioned regions as required by international trade regulations. We reserve the right to halt shipments to addresses deemed high-risk by logistics carriers.
